Problem / Opportunity:
Free to play Fortnite sessions disproportionately raise queue times for paying members and freeing these servers up will cause a reduction in queue times.
Scope:
Designed priority queue benefit upsell to offer a non-paying customers a path to subscribe while they’re waiting to play.
Impact:
- Reduced queue times for paying customers
- Increase in +X amount of subscribers
